 Our fresh produce is grow using two methods, outside and inside in High Tunnels. Much of our outside produce we use Plastic mulch for weed protection and Drip irrigation or traveling gun. We have 4 high tunnels (totaling 9210sq ft) each with drip irrigation and plastic much; high tunnels protect the plants from frost, hail and cool weather to give a longer growing season in a more controlled environment. We continue to build our soil using a base of natural turkey fertilizer to increase soil organic matter and microbial activity. Then adding the missing elements to the soil to help us grown Farm Fresh, locally grown nutritionally dense, tasty fruits & Vegetables. We use organic labeled insect and disease sprays to protect plants from insects and disease. We have over 7 acre of fruits and vegetables under cultivation
